1. Eligibility

You must be legally able to agree to these terms. The minimum age and any family or teen-account conditions have not yet been finalized.

2. Service description

WorthNow provides tools intended to help people understand financial decisions, available money, timing, purchase costs, commitments, and possible outcomes. Features may be local, pre-release, limited, or unavailable in production.

3. Decision support, not professional advice

WorthNow provides educational and decision-support information. It is not a bank, lender, broker, financial adviser, tax adviser, attorney, or fiduciary, and it does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

4. Estimates and third-party information

Results may rely on estimates, user entries, imports, or third-party information that is incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. A result is not a guarantee of price, affordability, eligibility, savings, or outcome.

5. Your responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing inputs, assumptions, and results; protecting your device and access; and making your own decisions. If information is important, verify it with the original source or an appropriate professional.

6. Accounts and authentication

When production identity is enabled, you will be responsible for accurate registration information and for activity under your account, except where law provides otherwise. Authentication methods, recovery rules, and member roles must be finalized before launch.

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, interfere with security, attempt unauthorized access, scrape at harmful scale, upload unlawful material, impersonate another person, or use WorthNow to harm others or violate law.

8. Keep credentials out of app fields

Do not enter passwords, bank sign-in credentials, access tokens, full account numbers, or other authentication secrets into notes, feedback, purchase, plan, support, or other general-purpose fields. Use only an authorized provider connection when one is officially offered.

9. Providers and affiliate links

Future features may link to independent providers or use affiliate links. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. An affiliate relationship does not determine whether a product may be shown, the affordability result, or product ranking.

10. No guarantee of benefits

WorthNow does not guarantee a discount, reward, financing offer, approval, rate, availability, or eligibility. Offers can change or be withdrawn by their providers.

11. No autonomous money movement

WorthNow is not designed to make purchases, initiate transfers, or move money autonomously. You remain responsible for any transaction you choose to make through another service.

12. Intellectual property

WorthNow and its original software, designs, content, and marks are protected by applicable law. These terms provide only the limited right to use the service as offered; they do not transfer ownership.

13. Feedback

If you send ideas or feedback, you allow WorthNow to use them to evaluate and improve the product without an obligation to compensate you. This does not transfer ownership of your personal information or unrelated original work.

14. Availability and changes

Pre-launch and production features may change, pause, or end. We aim to communicate material changes, but continuous or error-free availability is not promised.

15. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties that cannot be supported. Consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived remain unaffected.

16. Limitation of liability

The final limits, exclusions, and any liability cap have not yet been approved. They must be drafted for the operator’s jurisdiction and cannot exclude liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

17. Termination

When accounts are enabled, users may stop using the service and request deletion subject to retention obligations. WorthNow may restrict access for misuse, risk, or legal requirements, with notice where appropriate.

18. Governing law and disputes

The governing law, venue, dispute process, and any arbitration or class-action terms are unresolved legal choices and must be finalized before launch.

19. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms as the service and law change. Material updates will be identified by a new effective date and any additional notice required by law.
