How WorthNow’s deletion path is intended to work once production accounts and identity are available.
Deletion is part of the product architecture
WorthNow’s architecture includes account deletion and export capabilities. These controls must be connected, verified, and made available when production identity is commissioned.
What users will be able to do
Once live accounts exist, users will be able to request deletion from the app. This website will also provide an external deletion path for people who cannot access the app.
What will be explained before launch
- How identity is verified before a request is completed.
- What account and financial information is deleted.
- What limited information must be retained for security or legal obligations.
- Expected processing and backup-removal timelines.
- How disconnected providers and imported data are handled.
